Ivanovo city general plan: industry, science and tourism
A project of Ivanovo city’s general plan will be discussed today, the 31st of January, during a meeting of the Ivanovo region’s government. The project will define main development rends of the city. Besides industry and science, tourism will become of main development trends.Favourable geographical position, rich resources, ethno-cultural peculiarity promote to tourism development in the region. Transport infrastructure will be also developed. Road and bridge construction doesn’t meet real needs of the city. A lot of highways, especially in the centre of the city, work at the limit of traffic handling capacity.
